Arihant Institute of Business Management, Pune, and Library is a Partially Automated resource centre . The Library is located on the 2nd floor. The Library has pleasant environment and a well-Reading hall of capacity to accommodate around 100 students at a time. The Library has a rich collection of around 12 National & International journals and periodicals and project reports of previous years are made available for reference and study. It has a wide range of online IP based & Internet/mobile based services for its clientele.

Library Timing:   Monday–Saturday: 10 am to 7 pm

Library Circulation Timing: Monday–Saturday: 11 am to 6:30 pm

Library Reading Hall Timing: Monday—Saturday:9 am to 7 pm

Library Rules

  • Please maintain silence in the library.
  • Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited. If any user is found talking on the phone strict action will be taken against that person.
  • Smoking, eating, chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
  • Students are supposed to keep their bags, personal reading material and other belongings kept on Property Counter
  • **THE LIBRARY STAFF ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF STUDENT’S BELONGINGS. **
  • No library material will be taken out of the library without the permission of the librarian.
  • Books once issued will not be returned on the same day.
  • No library Material can be issued by any person on someone else’s Library Borrow Card
  • Each student can issue 2 books on one card for a period of 7 days.
  • A book issued can be renewed on or before the due date, “once” for a period of 7 more days only.
  • A Late fine of Rs.5 will charged per book per day.
  • Students should ensure the condition of the book before issuing it and inform the librarian about the missing or torn pages if any. Otherwise the concerned student will be held responsible for the damages.
  • If a book is lost, the concerned person has to replace the lost book with a new book, as well as pay the late fine.
  • Any Library material is taken out of the library for photocopying will have to be returned within an hour. Necessary action will be taken against the users failing to do so.
